The Mortgage Works are proud to have accepted their third award so far this year, securing a hat-trick as the ‘Best Buy to Let Lender’.
All three awards fall in the Best Buy to Let Lender category, and were received from Mortgage Advice Bureau, Just Mortgages and the most recent from Legal & General Mortgage Club.
Last week our third win was received at Legal & General’s annual awards ceremony held at the Guildhall in London. Simon Cradock, Corporate Relationship Manager for The Mortgage Works said “This award celebrates all our teams who work tirelessly to ensure intermediaries receive the best possible service and have the tools they need to best serve their clients.”
On announcing our win Clare Beardmore, Director for Legal & General Mortgage Club highlighted “The winner of this category was recognised as a clear standout in the Buy to Let sector, with the judges reserving particular praise for their understanding and achievement within the landlord space. Combined with their strong service proposition, market-leading products and excellent scores from intermediary-led feedback, our winner is clearly a shining example of a Buy to Let Lender.”
