At The Mortgage Works, we define a portfolio landlord as a borrower with four or more distinct mortgaged Buy to Let UK rental properties.
  • You'll have a dedicated expert all the way through your application
  • No limit to the number of properties you can have with The Mortgage Works, up to £5 million of borrowing
  • No minimum personal income requirement
  • No maximum age, if you’re an experienced landlord borrowing 65% LTV or less
  • A wide choice of products and rates, including limited company options.
