The 2024 Financial Times Financial Adviser Service Awards took place on Thursday 21st November in London and The Mortgage Works were delighted to be awarded the top rating of 5 stars.
These awards are voted for by FCA regulated Brokers and Financial Advisers. They are asked to vote on the quality of the service they have received from providers they’ve used in the last 12 months. This is then used to give a rating between 1 and 5 stars, with 5 being the highest accolade.
The Financial Adviser Service Awards continue to incorporate the expanded set of categories introduced in 2020. In a reflection of the wide range of services and providers now used by financial advisers, the awards span the following areas:
- Mortgages
- Pensions and Protection
- Investments
- Platforms
- DFMs
- Back Office and Support Services
- Cash Investments
