Our Specialist Support Team provides a tailored and confidential service to our customers who are going through a difficult time. Each member of our team knows all about our products and services and has had specialist training.

This service covers the various stages a customer may experience when going through a difficult time, from immediate requests for support to the longer-term management of money worries.

• You’ll be given your own dedicated Specialist Support Manager who will be your direct contact.
• They’ll offer one-to-one support to help you make informed financial decisions based on your circumstances.
• With your consent, they’ll record details of your situation so you only need to tell us once.
• You can also ask a family member, friend or carer to liaise with us on your behalf.
